When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

Fit perfect in my KLX 110. Just had to move the nut and bolt from side mount to top mount on positive and negative terminals. Fired the bike right up cold and right from the box. The rest of life should go as well.
