In response to my concern I received excellent empathy and service from the two Customer Care Service Representatives that I dealt with: Jasmine and Kimberly. I received the replacement on Tuesday, 4/12….installed it on Wednesday, 4/13 and immediately activated my Lawn Tractor. Thank you for honoring Mighty Max commitment to its product.
