Batteries seem to be of good quality. I needed to order 2 because both original batteries were bad. After installing and charging them up, the power chair ran for 3 days before the battery indicator began to drop. Granted, the chair wasn’t used much, but with the other batteries, the indicator would have dropped a bar or two after going one block.The only complaint is that the handle needs to be installed by purchaser. It is hard to install and one tab broke while trying to squeeze it into the small slot.
