So far, so good. I’ve only used it once so far, but it lasted for about a five hour fishing trip, running my 30lb thrust Minn Kota trolling motor intermittently. I only use it for powering my Outcast FishCat pontoon to areas that I want to fish, not for trolling over long periods, so I expect it to last a few seasons.

I bought this to power my Minn Kota Endura C2 30. when fully charged, this powered the Minn Kota for ~90 minutes running at full speed nonstop. After that there was significant slow down. Just wanted to give a clear answer to this question. This was in a large lake with no real current.

I bought this to use as a kayak battery for my Minn Kota 30 and it does the job. I’d say you could fish all day and not run out of juice as long as you aren’t on highest setting of trolling motor all day long.

I used this with my 36lb thrust Newport Vessels trolling motor. It served its purpose, as far as batteries go. Dispite being fully charged between uses, it seemed to lose its charge faster by the end of the summer. It would last 4-5 hours of frequent trolling. By the end of the summer, it only seemed to last 3-4 hours. Admittedly, I probably exceeded the average expected use of the battery. I got my moneys worth and would order it again if i wanted a cheap battery.

This battery weighs in at a measly 20 pounds and is in between a motorcycle and regular battery in size. I am able to slide it in next to my seat and it is super tight so no need for a box of any kind. I also added a quick disconnect plug ($10 Walmart) so I am not messing with bolts just unplug and remove from kayak. This is being used on a sit in kayak with a 36 pound trolling Minn Kota that I cut to a 24 inch shaft the kayak is a Viper 10 ft from Menards and it has a blunt front end and going into current is hard to do but this battery allows me to do it on 5 till I get where I’m fishing and then on 2 out of current for About 2 1/2 hours but straight on 1-2 I get around 3 – 3 1/2 hours. this is a true kayak battery.

I am using this in a Future Beach 126 kayak that I made a trolling motor mount for. It has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The motor is a Newport Vessels 46lb thrust. I go to a local 600~ acre lake a couple times a week and I have been out as long as 10 hours without using any more than 60% as indicated by the meter on the trolling motor. Perfect price, size and reliability. Will absolutely buy another when this one is no longer any good.

I love this battery! I use it to power a 30 lbs thrust Minn Kota trolling motor that I use on my 10ft (60lbs) kayak. I used it about 10 times now and every time for about 4-5 hours. I mostly run the motor on speeds 1 and 2 which is plenty for my fishing needs, but occasionally I take it to 4 and 5. So far I always went home from fishing trips with lots of juice left in the battery. Trickle-charging this battery (1.5 A current) after using it for about 4-5 hours on the lake takes a little over 24 hours (around 27-28 hrs).
