I had the order all set to go to my new address. Once I figured out my address was switched to my old one when I logged into my account to pay, I called Mighty Max, they immediately sent another package to my new address. I then refused (with a great neighbor’s help) the first package at my old address that was then returned to Mighty Max. I have used Mighty Max since 2016. Great Store and great products!
