Huh? Wha?….It’s a gel battery, ready to go, works fine…so far….but here’s the kicker: You can add electrolyte if you want to for extended life… What the hell does that mean? Now I’m a former Porsche mechanic, Toyota Service manager and mobile tool truck dealer…and I done fer shure ain’t never seen nothing like this. So I called my local wholesale battery house. They’ve never heard of this concept either….I sure would like to hear more about it’s life expectancy, wet or dry…If it’s dry, you can mount it at any attitude or safely put it in your quad or dirt bike that you regularly flip over. But I’ve put this in a little scooter which should stay upright if I do my part…..6 month update: Junk…lost charge weekly, won’t hold charge anymore. No point isolating if it’s just a bad cell. There are enough bad reviews on this.
