Came fully charged and started my Maxi scooter immediately. Maybe better than the original battery when I bought my scooter. Mighty Max processed my order quickly, out the door the next day with USPS. Signed up for notifications with USPS but after the first notification that it was at the mail processing center in New Jersey only silence from the USPS for almost two weeks. Looked like my order was lost so I contacted Mighty Max customer service, and they were very responsive, but could only offer to send another out the same way which I would not accept so I preferred to cancel rather than reship. Within two hours I suddenly started to get notices from USPS that it was received at my area postal distribution center , and I immediately contacted Kimberly in customer service to cancel the refund, and magically the package was processed through a number of USPS entities locally and delivered by noon the next day. I have never seen that happen before. I don’t know what happened but it seems to me someone motivated someone. At any rate thanks Kimberly for taking care of the matter as quickly as you did. Never had a gel battery before but it weighed the same as my old one did.
