The YTX20L-BS GEL is a 12V 18AH GEL (Maintenance Free) battery. Requires no addition of water during the life of the battery. The Mighty Max YTX20L-BS GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

    CCA seems to be good enough. Replaced the original battery and I’ve only had it in for 3mos. So far so good. Great value for $60. I can see the blue battery under the side cover but not a big deal.

Previous battery lasted 4 years. So I repurchased again. Protective plastic covers for terminals were off And original Mighty Max packaging seemed to be previously opened. After initial installation in UPS item appears to be working.
