This 12 volt 15 ah battery works great as a replacement battery for my son’s John Deere gator (the older HPX model)! It has a little more kick than the 12 volt 12ah battery the John Deere Gator came with. If he is not riding through dirt and grass the battery seems to last longer than the 12 volt as well (at least an extra twenty minutes). It is a great value for the price. Cheapest I found; else where was fifty seven dollars, so by far this faster battery for a cheaper cost was well worth it. It fit perfectly into the blue carrier of the old battery. My only caution would be to carefully undo the blue carrier box. The plastic sides can break easily. I also liked that this battery came with a warranty. Some sites will not offer a warranty for the battery.

Worked good for Peg Perego Gator XUV. Getting the blue cap off and back on was a pain due to the terminals being a little bent in the wrong direction but I was able to bend them back and get it to line up

Works perfect. Very easy replacement and larger than original so it should last longer between charges. Update one year later—-> so happy with this battery! It last MUCH longer than the original battery and the kids can usually ride all day long on the John Deere tractor toy.
