I mistakenly ordered this battery instead of the correct model that I actually needed. Contacted the company per the insert and they were fantastic in helping me get everything straightened out and the correct batteries are now installed and working great! If I need batteries for any of my other backup batteries, I’ll order from this company.

The CyberPower 1500VA model requires 2 batteries which are stacked on top of each other. This battery is too tall fit when stacked.
