Inexpensive to replace battery in ups system. Use to be just about as cheap to buy a new ups system when the battery would die. Found these to be very affordable, and they fit perfect in the ups system. Just like the original battery it replaced. Will definitely purchase again and told my son and son-in-law about getting their replacement batteries from here when they need to replace their ups batteries in their systems. Very pleased with purchase. Can’t say anything about longevity, since I just started using them. So will have to wait and see. I was concerned about the F1 connector being an issue since original has a F2 connector. I had no issues with having a good connection when I connected the F2 female to the F1 male on the battery.

Took me about five minutes to swap out the battery. Open a cover, pull out the old battery, unhook two clips. Hook the clips to the new battery, slide it in, close the cover. And doing this, the cost was half of a new UPS.

I use it for my garmin fishing gragh and gps. I ran it 4 hours first time out and 5 next time out. Didn’t drain this battery much at all. Have had luck with mighty max batteries before. Put one in an old jumper battery pack and handles all seasons well sitting outside 2 years now. Just bring in to charge on occasion.

I had a Xyberpower UPS which needed new batteries. I got these (needed 2) and swapped the old batteries out. I plugged the unit in and let it top off the charge. Pretty soon they were fully charged. I then tested the united it works well.

This is an update to my original review. I bought this battery back in December of 2015 and originally gave it a 4 star review without having much data on its durability. It is now March of 2022 and battery has gone bad after nearly 6 1/2 years of use in my UPS unit. That’s a long time in between battery change and is comparable to the OEM battery that the UPS unit contained when originally purchased. Very impressed with longevity and have ordered another for replacement. Crossing my finger it will last as long this time as well.

However, when I saw Might Max battery description and customer opinions, I chose to buy that replacement battery instead. I am glad I did because the battery (12V 8Ah UPS Battery Replacement for APC Back-UPS ES BE550G) is working out very well. It was already charged and inserting it in the case was a breeze. Very good product.

Came a day later then scheduled probably due to the USPS system. It was well wrapped even though it is not suppose to leak. Terminals were of the correct size and it installed in the UPS perfectly. I has been plugged in for the last 2 hours and appears to be functioning. I unplugged the cord to see if there was enough charge for the UPS to take over and it did. So far so good.
