Good batteries but I had some problems with the ‘no questions asked’ warranty. I ordered 3 batteries for my Razor Ecosmart Metro and they sent me 2 of the 9AH and one 8AH. I didn’t notice the difference at the time, installed them and I think this mismatch may have led to uneven charging charging which may have deteriorated the 2 9AH batteries (or they were weak from the start). I called and they expected me to ship back the 8 AH and take the others to a parts store to be tested. They had tested ‘weak’ using both a car battery tester and with the voltage drop test.After repeated experiences (bad) pushing the scooter home I decided to try the Vmax 10AH battery since Razor said the problem with decreased range was usually battery related. The Vmax 10AH, which is a few bucks more, does seem superior in both the distance and consistent speed throughout the charge is great. I have not had to push the scooter home once since I changed.
