I like this brand and they fit what they say they do. I bought this to replace my UPS battery and it fits perfect and from my experience from prior UPS replacements these last a long time. So I was please to find this and get it. Worked out of the box and fit perfect.

I use this in a UPS on my pellet grill. So far, it did save a meal from a short power outage. I don’t expect it to last the typical 3 years, but that’s only because it’s used in rather warm conditions. For the price, I’d be happy buying one twice a year if I need to. Sure you could spend nearly twice the price for a branded battery but would it be twice as good or last twice as long? The answer is NO to both of those questions. Batteries either work or they don’t, if you install them and they fail immediatley you’ll have a 30 money back and a 1 year warranty. I generally expect batteries to live 36-40 months before you’ll need to replace them and the last batch made it 38 months. Been a mighty max customer for years as their batteries are good and consistent among batches which is important in any ups that has more than one battery.

This item had a good price for a replacement UPS battery. It fit perfectly and installed easily. Company offers an additional warranty if you go online to register the battery, which I did. Plugged my APS UPS in overnight to make certain the battery was well charged. The next day I plugged my computer and monitor in and it powered them without issue … for 5 days. At that time the UPS started beeping and indicated a low battery. Put the battery in different UPS and let it charge overnight. The second UPS started beeping and indicating low battery after an hour. The biggest reason for the one star rating is the extremely poor customer service. I contacted the company via email, which was provided when they shipped, and it has been 2 weeks and no response. Extra warranty is a joke, when there is NO warranty response. I’ll look for another brand. Update 4/20/2022: Upgraded from 1-star to 2-star. Finally was able to contact somebody in customer support via telephone. They are shipping another battery to me. I’ll revisit my review after I receive the battery and see how long it lasts. Update 4/28. Upgraded to 4-star. Received the warranty replacement battery, and the UPS appears to be operating properly now. Still deducting 1-star because the company never responded to email messages. To their credit, they do respond to a telephone call.

Bought this battery in 2/17. It gave out after less than 22 months. Not much of a comparison with APC’s stated three to five year life claim for their original RBC17, but the replacement APC battery costs 2/3 of a new UPS. Thinking I’ll try a different brand this time.

Works as intended , only real negative is the terminal posts are smaller then OEM and can lose connection if its moved/shaken hard enough…. I dont plan on shaking my UPS so it works for me 🙂

I’m glad I bought it. Please note that I’ve waited a few months before submitting a review. Original battery gave out a few months back. I installed this without any issues. Tested prior to installing and have tested recently. Worked as intended. I let it charge back up and it reads the and as when I initially tested. The battery works fine, but its terminals were smaller than the connectors in the UPS were designed for, so it required some crimping to get a good connection.

The battery has performed well so far. With any of these aftermarket battery purchases, the real question is the longevity of the battery cell(s). Out of the box, the battery powered up our UPS without issue. If this battery lasts for at least a year, then it’s worth the price we paid for it.

Battery seems to have solved the problem with my TrippLite G100UB UPS. No fault of hte battery but, I did discover that this model of the TrippLite does have some wacky reset procedure, you have to let it charge the battery turned off with nothing plugged into the unit and then turn it on and off and unplug it several times to get it to recognize the new battery and reset. Worked fine once it was reset. We’ll see how long this battery lasts.

So far, so good ? a cost-effective replacement battery for an APC Back-UPS 650. The battery has F1 terminals ? I don?t think this would have been a problem with the Back-UPS F2 connectors (just slightly loose), but I just used the ‘F1 to F2 Terminal Adapters for Lead Acid Battery – Step UP.’. to ensure a snug connection.

This battery is supplied with F1 terminals, which are 3/16 wide. However, the APC UPS battery uses F2 terminals, which are 1/4 wide. As a result, the connection between battery and UPS is very loose, and tends to disconnect as the battery is inserted into the UPS. At the very least, this battery should be supplied with 3/16 to 1/4 terminal adapters.The battery itself has the correct dimensions and 9Ah rating to be a proper replacement for the APC RBC17 battery. Once I managed to install the battery w/o the wires getting disconnected the battery has worked fine, but the hassle in the installation has cost it 2 stars in the rating.
