This battery was about 1/16 too big to fit in my APC BE750BB. I had to use a Dremel tool to sand down the thin ribs in the battery compartment in order to insert the battery. I would not buy again.

Slightly smaller than the OEM battery which as it turned out is a plus. The OEM battery removal was a struggle to say the least. Chances are the OEM had expanded over time. The replacement with the new battery was a no problem. Also I like the fact that the batteries I ordered came with a full charge.

Arrived in very short order and was swiftly lodged inside my UPS where it continues to function exactly like the OEM part five months later and counting. My Kill-A-Watt electricity meter reports precisely the same readings for both input and output current as I recorded when I first bought my UPS, so I have no reticence whatsoever in encouraging others to use this battery in theirs.

I didn’t know the location of the seller until I got the invoice and shipping info – completely across the country from me. Since estimated delivery dates were rather wide spread, figured I’d have a wait. I ordered Sunday, it was shipped Tuesday – and much to my pleasant surprise arrived Friday via Priority Mail. Put it in the unit last night, saw to start with charge was at around 20% capacity – and short while I was on computer it gained 3%. This morning checked and it was at 100%. Now to see if it last the 6 years my original did.One problem not to do with the battery but with the unit design. The original battery was in so snug I just couldn’t get it out – had to ask a younger neighbor of mine to try – and with a lot of groaning and grunting he finally got it out. This new battery is exactly the same size – so it took more groaning and grunting to get back in. The fit is just too snug. APC could have just allowed 2-3mm leeway to make it easier to remove and install the battery. Other than that, very happy with it.
