    Second replacement battery for my APC. I use the battery backup plugs for the VCR and DVD recorder, the surge protection plugs for the plasma flat screen, amplifier, and Blu Ray player. Worked great so far. I think the battery lasts about 3 years.

    This is a good replacement battery for my APC unit. The only thing to not is that the tabs for the connectors narrow down at the ends. This makes the connectors from the unit not fit as tightly as the original battery where the tabs are the same width from the battery to the tip. Otherwise, a good replacement for the money.

    New battery came very quickly and was a pretty easy swap out in my APC. As others have said, I found the contact blades a little narrower that those on my existing battery. Had to delicately pinch the connecting terminals to grab better or otherwise fit too loosely and could fall off. My APC was back in full swing in minutes and we’ve had a couple power outage that confirmed battery held it’s charge and gave us ample time to do whatever we needed to get done. I’d buy again (now that I have the terminals crimped).

    This arrived safely packaged and quite quickly. Just open up my APC UPS. Slid out the old battery. Disconnected the terminals. Got the new battery. Attached the terminals and slid it back in. Plugged the UPS back in and it was working again. Left it to charge for a couple of days. No complaints from it. Then plugged in some devices and it has been working ever since. Kept powering my NAS when the UPS was unplugged. Good to go for another couple of years (hopefully!) The battery was a perfect fit. Can’t comment on longevity as it is now being put to the test.

    APC UPS products last for a long time but the batteries fail after normal wear and tear. A replacement battery is less than half the price and very easy to install. I recycle the battery and reuse the same casing. Good for the environment and good for the purse.

The whole package is no bigger than a small 6-pack cooler and all I have to do is remove the solar panel and plug it into the box to begin charging. The multi in/out also has a voltmeter I connected with a momentary on push-button, and twin USB outlets connected to the Load output of the charge controller allowing the USB outlets to be turned off. The battery is perfectly sized for this application!

    I purchased this battery to replace a dead one in an APC UPS 500 power supply. The battery arrived very quickly from the seller and was a perfect replacemen. It remains to be seen how long it will last. My last one (a different brand) lasted about 2. Years, so that may be about how this one will hold up. If so, it will be worth it, and the price was very competitive.

    Bought and put this in service for my APC ES500 UPS two years ago. It just died. I’ve had about a dozen short power outages during that time. If two years is the expected lifespan, then I guess it deserves 3* or 4*. If a 2-year lifespan is shorter than what it should be, then it deserves a lower rating.

Haven’t had occasion to use it to jump a dead battery yet but has been holding a charge well and was a perfect fit. I tested it 3 times by unplugging the APC and it kept my water treatment system running. Prior to installing this a power glitch would require resetting some of the water treatment system elements.

    I’ve been using Mighty Max batteries as replacements in my 3 computers for years. I have never had a problem. I would estimate that these batteries have lasted at least 3 years. I would say that the AVERAGE life of those I’ve used has been about 3 and a half years. (Of course, battery life will normally depend greatly on the AH (ampere-hours) of the battery you buy. A dependable product.
