Nicely packaged, easy to install with the accompanying hardware. It’s a battery. When my other one goes bad (scooter uses 2) I’ll buy another of these again.

battery arrived on time- put in scooter ,worked fine ever since. have used mobility scooter for about 8yrs-so far this has been one of the better batteries.have bought a least 20 batteries over that period of time this battery has been one of the best so far
