When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

It was easy to install and come quickly in the mail. The cranking amps went down very fast . I did put a hit charge to it and top off electrolytes. Below average performance but sitting in a cold garage surrounded by snow it has maintained a charge for over a month

Fit great in a 1987 lt80 factory battery box it has been out in below 0 for weeks and alway had good cranking power
