The Y50-N18L-A3 GEL is a 12V 21AH GEL (Maintenance Free) battery. Requires no addition of water during the life of the battery. The Mighty Max Y50-N18L-A3 GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

    The battery was well-packed. Installation was straight-forward right out of the box. I installed battery maintainer pigtails to the battery posts during the installation of the battery and have had a maintainer attached to the bike daily since installing the battery.

    I got tired of replacing batteries for lack of water, I’ve only had it in use for two mos. on my 1988 1500cc Kaw. Classic 88SE Vulcan but it cranks good even in freezing temps.

The battery on my 2007 John Deere Z225 mower was failing, so I looked around for a replacement. I found the Mighty Max battery on Walmart's website along with it being sold on several other sites. The reviews I read on various sites were very positive.
The battery was not in store at my local Walmart, so I ordered it through them on line. I figure I can recycle my old battery there.
My new battery arrived in just a couple days via FedEx in perfect condition. It was fully charged and included new terminal bolts. It fit into the mower correctly and performs as expected. I would purchase again and recommend.
