I thought I was purchasing the latest generation of gel battery. So far no problems. The battery actually can as (dry gell?). The information said for even more life of it to fill with electrolyte. Thought I was buying a sealed battery.. I have called the manufacturer. They have told me that would void the warranty(2yr). They said if it was weakening. Then I would have the option to fill with electrolyte. I think their tech. Guy I spoke to. Is wrong. Seems to me that filling with fluid out of the box. This in my opinion, would be the best way to get the batteries of this makup. Longest overall Life. James. By the way I have not put any fluid in with no problems. James
