Packaging looked a bit rough, but product inside was in good shape since it was protected with Styrofoam surrounding.

The product could be great, but it's a lead acid battery, and it was left outside in 10°f Temps for three hours. I hope it was fully charged. I guess we'll find out...

A few hours later...
I was upset that the battery sat in the cold, but it does appear it was fully charged, because after installation the blower works great without being plugged in!

Purchased a MightyMax Battery (first timer) for replacement of my CyberPower UPC - through AMZ; had a variety of options but opted for this brand because it sounded like it had been around for a while, had good customer support and was mentioned on several posts as reliable. As first time buyer all these elements are very important. So far I’m not disappointed. Impressed by their packaging, their individualized package slip; the battery fit perfectly and was a completely matching replacement to the OEM, even though CyperPower stated they were not replaceable as DIY and needed to be shipped in or destroyed (what a waste). - Haven’t tested durability and reliability yet, so not ready to give a full 5 Stars; but unless the battery fails prematurely, for which I would post an update - I would buy again.
