The description said for a John Deere. I had to make the battery well bigger for it to fit. It is in there so tight that I am not sure how I will get it out. I have had to charge it on these cold mornings for the mower to start.

The battery arrived suitably packaged for shipping. A foam insert between the top of the battery and the box lid protected the battery posts from damage. Each post was also covered by a plastic sleeve for added protection.The battery took all of 10 minutes to exchange and the mower fired up just like new.
