The battery did not last 1 year! It worked, but I did NOT get my money’s worth! I guess that why they sell you a 2-pack! Yeah, right?

Requires some small screw drivers and a soldering iron. The price of the unit, screwdriver, and soldering equipment is less than it would have cost me to ship this to a technician for installation & return. The average D.I.Y. person can handle the job.
