Comes fully charged and ready to use, the terminal leads are the wrong direction for my chlor model 660. Jump Pack. I modified the adapter by making a 90° copper elbow and was able to easily use this Battery pack. This comes well packaged, so there was no damage to the foam or box delivered by UPS
