Put the battery in a hawk 250…. Works well.. I had a bigger version in a Honda shadow.. also worked well.. lasted 3 years then I put the battery in a dirt bike wreck cracked the battery.. had to replace it a few months after that..

I bought this to replace the cheap battery that comes stock in the RPS Hawk 250. It was easy to install with a little bit of foam and is very secure with the factory battery strap. Came ready to go and cranks the hawk over with ease. I can’t speak to the longevity, but I will update the review if I have issues.

I installed this on my Hawk 250 and it works really well. I need to install some type of spacer to help hold the battery secure. I used an old piece of Styrofoam. I could definitely tell a difference when I hit the start button. Not bad for the money. I gave three stars for longevity due to just getting it and not knowing how long it’ll last.

Indicated it was a direct fit for Hawk 250 Chinese bike, but had to mount sideways and rig up a spacer for it. But, being a AGM style battery it should be ok, we’ll see. So far so good. Beats kick starting it every time.

I’m happy with this battery, 100 times better than the original Hawk battery. It isn’t the same size as the original batt but it fits, you might want to add some foam padding but not absolutely necessary.

For the price it is hard to go wrong with it’s performance, I also have a Chinese RPS Hawk 250 Dual Sport bike. This was used to replace the half way crappy stock battery. Strong crank power and seem to retain charge very well. Like I said, it is well worth the money, battery is a about 3/4inch narrower and 1/2inch taller than the stock battery on the Hawk 250.

Works great (so far, had since 7/8/16) on RPS Hawk 250cc street legal dirt bike. I installed a battery disconnect switch so there wouldn’t be any power ghost draw when parked. Have not tested the deep cycle or power ratings.
