Battery has a transparent top, and the inside looked dry and frosted. I’m a layperson, so I asked the seller if it was supposed to look like this. They apologized without confirming or denying, and immediately sent me a new battery.New battery comes in and looks the same. I notify customer service and they apologize again and offer a half off refund.But the thing is, both of these batteries work.. I’m still unsure if they’re supposed to look frosted like this, but I noticed the product pics look the same way, so probably?

Battery was as advertised (size, shape) and more powerful than the generator battery it replaced. Edit 8/19: The battery is DOA, so basically I got a little over 2 years of use for a portable generator… probably going to look for a replacement from a differen manufacture.

I was hoping I ordered the right battery and thankfully I did. After 2 years of sitting around my Honda CBR 600rr started right up the first try. Very happy with this item I will def buy again if needed.
