The YB9A-A GEL is a 12V 9AH GEL (Maintenance Free) battery. Requires no addition of water during the life of the battery. The Mighty Max YB9A-A GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.
Common uses for the YB9A-A GEL:  ATVs, Motorcycles, Personal Watercraft, Jet Ski’s, Snowmobiles and more.

I ordered a battery from Amazon. It was delivered but was deemed as a bad battery by AutoZone. The company was notified and their response was almost immediate. The customer service I received was excellent. They kept me informed and sent out a replacement quickly. Upon receiving the battery, I sent them a response to clarify me receiving it and the voltage of it, which was good. I highly recommended this brand/company. They stand by their products and if anyone has any issues, I feel for sure in their ability and willingness to make things correct.

At first I thought it was non-compatible with the Amazon Basics battery backup & surge protector but after a bit of wrestling it fit like a glove, be sure to keep the battery parallel lengthways with the back of the unit and it’ll drop right in after hookup. Hopefully it will last as long as the original (5 years). Thanks Mighty Max Battery.
