The YTX4L-BS GEL is a 12V 3AH GEL (Maintenance Free) battery. Requires no addition of water during the life of the battery. The Mighty Max YTX4L-BS GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

Purchased through Amazon based on the reviews. Honda VFR800s are tough on batteries. Charging voltage at 5000 is 14.40v so within specs. Previous batteries last 2-3 years always on quality auto trickle chargers. Lets see how the Mighty Max works out
