The YTX9-BS GEL is a 12V 8AH GEL (Maintenance Free) battery. Requires no addition of water during the life of the battery. The Mighty Max YTX9-BS GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.
Common uses for the YTX9-BS GEL:  ATVs, Motorcycles, Personal Watercraft, Jet Ski’s, Snowmobiles and more.

Beeping in the garage, it was the backup battery from the LIftMaster Garage door. Replacement cost for OEM, $120, the Mighty Max was under $20. Fit perfectly, beeping is gone, battery is charging as it should. Why pay more?
