This YTX9-BS is a sealed lead-acid (SLA) absorbed glass mat (AGM) rechargeable battery. AGM and GEL batteries are lead-acid and of the same battery chemistry. This battery comes already charged, sealed, maintenance free, and ready to install.

    Hi I purchased this item for the 4×4’s that requires a bigger battery fir the 150cc. I have 4 Atv’s for the Grandkids to ride. The batteries are priced right work for the entire year and longer. I usually keep a few on hand just in case. They started the 4×4 every time they ride. Great item. Make sure you purchase right battery for right vehicle. Have a great ride and always wear your helmet kids.

    Just had to buy another one. The first one only lasted 4 years here in Alaska. LOL. This is the only battery that has lasted more than a year in either my 4 wheeler or snogo. I always disconnect the battery before winter storage but all others die before spring. This battery takes the extreme conditions I have here in the Alaska Range. 40 to 50 below and the snowmobile still starts easy. By far this is the best atv battery I have owned. I will continue to buy them.

    I read other reviews where the battery had to be placed on a block of wood to support it, but I ordered it with the hopes that just maybe. Please note if you order this battery it may not replace the original oem fit battery. For some a block of wood supporting the battery will work. I prefer things be secure on my Honda Foreman and a block of wood holding up a battery is not ideal. The battery seems ok and the price paid was reasonable. The battery charge amount was right on when it arrived. Haven’t installed while I look for a true replacement if there is one to be found. If none found, I will fabricate a mount for the battery to securely sit on.

This battery is sealed, a great plus, and has plenty of power, despite being smaller than my prior batteries. I just placed a short piece of 2 X 4 under the battery to raise it to facilitate wire connections. My only criticism is that the connection posts are deep, and when connecting the battery, you must put a shim under the nut to get it to thread on the screws provided. Nevertheless, this battery deserves a 5-star rating. I highly recommend this battery and the seller.

    It fit the hoda 300ex perfect and works perfect. I waited until it was used a lot before writting this. It is a good product and so were the people I bought it from. Recieved in 3 days. Came charged only had to finish the charge and install it. It doesn’t come with electrolyte seperate, it comes ready to use. Very happy with it, specially at the price.

    its amazing to have the 4-wheeler start up so easily! great battery for the money. it really seemed to ship fast. We have only been using it for a shorty period of time so I can’t speak to the longevity of the product but so far we are very satisfied. I really seems to have done the trick. I am hoping this battery lasts longer than the last one. It may the the age of our machine but the last one only lasted a little over a year. Easy to install. Nice looking for a battery.

    Battery fit perfectly into my 1992 Honda TRX300EX quad. After an evening on the trickle charger, the battery had a solid charge and fired up the ATV after many long minutes of cranking. My ATV has been sitting for over 2 years, so it was a little rough. Been riding now for a couple of days and the battery is doing fine. Very pleased with purchase.
