I have another one of their batteries and thought for sure it would be dead (I have it in my motorcycle). I haven’t ridden for a while, and when I tried to turn the engine over it did not start. So I purchased another one of their batteries because I did not think I would be able to go to the local auto parts shop and charge the battery. Luckily, the auto parts shop charged it, and now it works like a champ! The reason I did not use the other battery is that it arrived at my home dead…which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. Great battery, just wish the one I ordered arrived at my house fully charged like the description said. Their customer service is on point too!
