The YTX20L-BS GEL is a 12V 18AH GEL (Maintenance Free) battery. Requires no addition of water during the life of the battery. The Mighty Max YTX20L-BS GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

    Great battery with lasting power and looks great too. Gel battery for under $60, sweet! Comes with 15 month warranty that would take a ton of work to take advantage of. The only negative I would say is the terminal bolt and screw that come with battery are kind of tinny and cheap feeling.

    This is the 2nd Mighty Max battery I’ve bought in the last couple of months for my 2 bikes after having terrible experience with another longer warranty battery in both that crapped out well under the warranty period. I bought the Mighty Max after reading the reviews and am hopeful about this one. Obviously, I can’t review longevity or value with it being so new.

    They first sent the wrong battery but after a week or so of sending pictures an so on they sent me a return. Another week or so and I received the correct battery and a 10.00 credit for my trouble. The battery fit and worked great for 11 months. Now won’t hold a charge.

Great experience with Mighty Max Battery. I use the ML35-12 Gel model for my MightyMule electric gate, and it’s a perfect fit. The shipping was fast—arriving a few days early—and the packaging was solid, with high-density cardboard and styrofoam protection.

The battery arrived fully charged at 13.06V and provides reliable cranking power even after the gate has been sitting. I also appreciated that the terminal hardware was included and securely attached. High value and great performance; I'd definitely buy from them again.
