This is a nice battery and would have worked perfectly for what we needed, however, it arrived damaged. Their customer service worked with us to replace the battery, but the second one arrived damaged too. It seemed the batch of batteries they received was damaged and they promptly gave us a refund. So basically, they were very helpful, and if you need a battery they probably have the situation under control now. We had to get one elsewhere.
