Their website collected my info but never received the email verification. I also emailed their customer service but no response. The battery works. I have 5 UPS units that I use on various servers and desktop computers. I have installed the MightyMax ML18-12 batteries in my older APC Smart UPS 1500 units and they have operated perfectly. Each unit takes 2 batteries, and I have hot glued them to together just for stability. I would recommend this as an excellent replacement battery for the Workhorse APC Smart UPS 1500.
