Good batteries delivered and packaged properly. Your UPS will love you again. EVERYTHING from your TV to your Stereo and all computers should be on a UPS. Clean power saves your disk drives and keeps your computer memory functioning correctly – but you need to have working batteries not just to keep the power on for a short time when the power fails but to augment the sine wave when the glitch dips into the waveform and removes energy. Today everything has a computer in it, and designing realtime electronics for industrial environments (like the average home these days) is a lost art that will die with this generation of computer engineers.Electronics from China is always questionable. Filters are often removed in production to save money. The technology of dealing with dirty power is not well understood by most youngsters. If you can’t afford to replace your computer, TV etc or you need long term reliable performance change the battery every 3 years and test its performance at least once a year.

After about four years I needed to replace the original battery so I ordered the Sears Diehard battery. It lasted less than two years and never would take a 100% charge so I decided to see if there were any equivalent batteries for it when I came across this one and decided to give it a try. Before I installed it I topped off the charge with my Battery Tender charger and it took 100% charge. In a couple of days it will be a month since I installed it so it will be time to top off the charge again. I believe this battery will work out a lot better than the last one.
