When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

This battery can handle recharging no problem but it’s only good for one year and I mean one year only. I will lose it’s ability to hold a charge and be unreliable to use for a second riding season.
