This YB9A-A is a sealed lead-acid (SLA) absorbed glass mat (AGM) rechargeable battery. AGM and GEL batteries are lead-acid and of the same battery chemistry. This battery comes already charged, sealed, maintenance free, and ready to install.

    The battery performs well however only been using it for 2 weeks. The old battery in my ATV Trike was not a sealed battery and the new sealed battery was slightly larger making it a tight fit into the battery compartment.
