The YTX14-BS GEL is a 12V 12AH GEL (Maintenance Free) battery. Requires no addition of water during the life of the battery. The Mighty Max YTX14-BS GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

    It’s okay. Performs as it should. Looks very cheaply built. Would not buy it again…time will tell if it lasts a season or more. UPDATE… July 30, 2018…. Battery will not hold a charge for even 24 hours. Piece of JUNK. Not happy that I went cheap….

    unpackaged it, checked charge gave it a couple hours charge on 2 amps. Was ready to install. easy install, fired my 4 wheeler right up. Haven’t done much riding do to rain and cold weather but that didn’t stop it from firing up my 4 wheeler. Especially being cold didn’t hesitate. received it right on time. I added a little battery acid to prolong its life according to instructions. I will buy one for my 82 honda interstate, which I go on journey’s and need a dependable battery. was Leary about it because price was so low, but I got a good big surprise
