The Mighty Max YTX5L-BS GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

The wiring hook up was on the top not the side, or visa versa I can’t remember. Anyway, easy hook up and works great. Took all of about 10 minutes.
