The original battery that came with my scooter (2015 Piaggio Fly 150) died in less than a year. The same brand replacement (I think it was Yuasa) was about $50 at the time, and I decided that since it lasted such a short time I’d rather go with a cheap one like this. Even if it lasted just a year I could buy two for the price of the original. I’m glad to say that the battery lasted me nearly three years including three winters. I think it would have lasted more if I hadn’t left my key in the ignition a couple of times (that caused it to die on me those times but I was able to jump start and get it working again. It just died on me after doing that again, and in freezing weather to add. Based on the original battery performance and how long this one lasted and for such a low price, I’d say definitely go for it on this one!The original Yuasa, if you buy it here on , comes with some acid separately and requires you to do something to get it ready. The one in this listing, however, is ready to go. Just plug in and start up your scooter/motorcycle.

Fits my 89 Kawasaki eliminator 250cc and I think the Ninjas of similar era. Battery came fully charged and has been cranking my motorcycle over on 40 degree mornings very well. The price must be factored in and its a great battery for $22. Since you don’t have to send in a core like you would over the counter at your local shops you can’t beat it! No acid filling required, maintenance free great battery. Take the old battery you have and go get an AutoZone $10 store credit and you basically are spending $12 bucks!Someone mentioned a positive and negative terminal issue. I found them both to be normal size and a few extra seconds fiddling with the nut to get it to tighten is normal with every make and model of small batteries I’ve ever bought.Several have mentioned the battery came dead (not charged or lost its charge). I agree thats not a good thing and personally I would send the battery right back since these things don’t last long and you’ll probably get less life out of one that is dead on arrival.
