I have a Generac 8kw generator that I thought needed a new battery and because the description of this battery indicated it is a ‘replacement’ battery for ‘Generac’, I thought it was the one I needed… When it arrived – in good shape, no damage – it was then that I discovered it wouldn’t work because the post on the battery are tiny and the battery cables on the generator are like those on an automobile battery – big clamp on type…I attempted to contact Mighty Max indicating I could not find the shipping packing slip and would there be a problem in returning the battery, which is totally useless to me… To date, 29 December 2017, I have not heard back from Mighty Max or …So, unless Mighty Max authorizes the return and I get a refund, said battery – brand new, never been used – will be listed on eBay or Craig’s List…
