I have used this battery for boat work instead of carrying a big battery from boat to boat. I all have jump started cars with it. It is a great battery. I have had no problems with them so I don’t know about customer service which is like a warranty you never have to use. It’s great! Buy it!

Ordered this battery when the old one died on my backpack sprayer and when the new one arrive, I dropped in the new battery, charged it up with the battery charger and it took the charge and worked the first time that I have used it. Only time will show how long the battery lasts. The original one lasted about 8 years before it finally stopped and died.

Great batteries for the price, I used two of them to replaced a couple of bad batteries on my Worx lawnmower. They’re just a tad smaller than the original batteries, but with some padding around the case they fit snugly. So far so good!

Used a pair of these to replace the batteries inside a dead Worx WA3218 (battery unit for the WG787 lawn mower). If you’re handy with a screwdriver and a soldering iron, the swap-out process is very simple. Rated capacity for these (12AH) is slightly higher than the WA3218 (10AH) but I’ve found real world experience to be slightly less mower running time than the originals. These batteries are slightly smaller than the originals (maybe 1/4 in each dimension) so there’s a tiny bit of sliding around inside the case when you carry it. Has no effect on use in the mower.All in all, an excellent alternative at less than half the current price of the official Worx WA3218 battery pack.
