Charged the gel batteries at the proper rate so as not to cause cell damage. Too high a charging rate can shorten the battery life. I found this out the hard way. — 3 pair of batteries were charged at about 4.5 amps and would not operate the electric mobile chair to any time — $$$$$

I bought this to use in my Hyundai Santé Fe OEM 110 AC equipped outlet in the rear of vehicle. I use it to charge my GO GO Elite scooter. It fast charges the BIG amp batteries while driving in almost half the time of the 2 amp.Highly recommend & it also has the over charge protection !!!!

I brought another charger that overheated and I was afraid to use it but not this Mighty Max. It hasn’t overheated and haa a green indicator that tells you when the batteries are fully charged so you know when the charging is finished. If your lucky enough to get the batteries then you have a winning combo.

works well for charging my scooter/wheelchair, the cooling fan is a littles noisy for me at night.
