The built-in voltmeter is accurate but your system probably has one anyway. The real reason to spend the extra money for this battery is the deeper discharge (compared to regular AGM) with the same lifetime number of cycles. That and the (included/free) recharge that extends the life even more. More usable capacity, longer life, good value compared to standard AGM.
